This refund policy applies to all products and services offered by Parallel [P] Creative Studios, hereinafter referred to as “the Company.”
- Digital Products: We do not issue refunds for digital products or downloadable content once the purchase is completed. All sales of digital products are final.
- Services: Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a service refund, the request must meet one of the following criteria:
- The service was not provided or completed as agreed upon in the contract.
- The service does not meet reasonable quality standards.
- The service was canceled within the timeframe specified in the contract or agreement.
